Staff was nice and friendly.
Rooms need repairs and updated. Bathroom door falling apart, knob on tub broken andfalling off, sink fixture not attached to countertop. Bed very uncomfortable and noisy like springs broken.

The vinyl plank floor and not needing to "re-key" daily.
I have photos. Nasty walls. No lights in room except vanity and bathroom. Only 2 towels a day. Strange "goo" on headboard. Electric outlets beside bed were inaccessible - headboard secured to wall overtop (bed was not attached to headboard, however) No shampoo or other amenities except 2 small soaps Blow dryer was in room, but did not work. No "Do Not Disturb" sign in room; unable to alert staff not to knock and wake us/dogs No trash bags in two bins, and both were very small No iron or ironing board Possible bullet hole in wall above headboard covered with duct tape Sticky/dirty desk and night stand surfaces No smoke detectors/alarms in room Unable to close bathroom door (stripped screw holes at top hinge - I adjusted it for temp fix) No tissues in room King bed with only (3) smaller than standard pillows No pictures/mirror on wall except vanity mirror
