G Yongsan Inn

Good location.

Tricky to find, room smelt of damp and had mold everywhere, lots of bugs crawling around, no bedding on the duvet, towels provided were only small hand towels. I understand it’s cheap and don’t expect much but I do expect it to be clean at a minimum.

G Yongsan Inn에 7월 31일부터 8월 1일까지 숙박했습니다. 무엇보다도 객실이 매우 청결하게 관리되고 있었고, 전체적으로 정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 필요한 것들이 잘 준비되어 있어서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 입실부터 퇴실까지 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.

객실 상태나 청결도는 만족스러웠지만, 구조적인 문제로 인해 불편함과 부상을 겪었습니다. 현관 바닥이 침실과 욕실보다 낮게 되어 있었고, 저는 침실에서 욕실로 직접 이동하려다 단차를 인지하지 못해 발가락을 심하게 부딪쳤습니다. 결국 발가락에 큰 멍이 들었고 걷는 것도 힘들 정도로 아팠습니다. 이러한 단차는 매우 위험하다고 생각되며, 호텔 측에서 구조 개선 또는 명확한 안내 표지를 설치해야 한다고 생각합니다.

I already knew this was a budget inn, so I wasn’t expecting luxury—but I was genuinely happy with what I got. The room was clean, the area was comfortable—especially the bathroom—and most importantly, the internet was excellent throughout my stay. We also had fun exploring the neighborhood and found some great Samgyeopsal spots nearby. It’s conveniently close to the bus stop and train station, and only about 15 minutes away from Seoul Station by car. I’d definitely stay here again! Just a heads-up for fellow tourists: be careful when booking the location, as Uber may not always pin the exact spot accurately. A nearby landmark you can use is C.S.H BM.
