W Residence Hotel Centum City

벡스코 업무 차 방문. 개인적으로는 베개가 높아서 약간 불편했음. 추가적으로 화장실이 2개였는데, 샤워할 수 있는 곳이 1곳뿐이라 약간의 불편함이 있는 룸이었음. 그래도 매우 좋았음.

近くに食事ができる場所やショッピングもできるので良いかと思います

電気ポットがなかったのが惜しい。

다 좋았는데 양변기 수압이 너무 약했습니다

駅やBEXCO等に近く、飲食店やコンビニも周辺に多く、ロケーションは抜群。

TVは設置されていたが、リモコンの反応が悪かった。

First of all, this hotel is NOT part of the W hotels associated with Marriott. This is an independent 'residence' hotel with bare bones services. The level of maintenance of the hotel should be embarrassing for the owners. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. The bathroom was covered in mildew. The furniture was wobbly particle board. The towels in the room were only hand towels. I had to request towels from the lobby, which was only open from 9 AM - 11 PM. Nobody cleans the room while you're staying there. There were no cups in the room, no coffee or tea.

The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and located in a very central and lively area. The fittings were modern and the bathrooms were comfortable. It had a washing machine which was useful as well.

This apartment has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay, and small improvements would easily get it there. The kitchen had 2 mismatched mugs, no plates, no glasses and 4 bowls. The cutlery was mismatched as well. The mattress of the main bed was on the floor, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. The toilet in the main bathroom was clogged and spilled over twice. It also barely flushed. A person from the main desk assisted but it did not help much. A stack of tiny hand towels were provided instead of normal bath towels. The hallways of the hotel were dimly lit and smelled damp - this is obviously not the fault of the apartment owner. Ultimately our stay was good because the apartment was well located, spacious and modern. With a little extra care from the owners, this stay could be the best in Busan. Some attention to detail and extra thought about what would a stay more comfortable would go a very long way.
