MONO HOTEL

almost everything was on point, room impeccably clean and white, toiletries and beverages nice touch and reception staff one young chap and an elderly uncle were all very nice and provided good hospitality eg helping me write in Korean places I need to go using taxi.

Nothing actually

Newly refurbished. Most likely a new facelift. New and clean all around. Even the caulking between the tiles in the bathroom are still new. Staff keep the facilities very clean.

The hospital-like look in the hallways. The other customers smoking within their units, and the smell wafting between the floors through the shower drains.

넓고 좋았어요

The location was really close to subway station, restaurants and shops. The staff was really kind and friendly, the room was big and the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

I dont have anything to mention, everything was great.

Cozy and quiet. The hotel is located very close to the restaurants and bars. Approx. 3 km away from monument but still walkable i guess (30 mins walk). But what i liked the most was the service

위치 좋고, 굉장히 넓습니다. 욕실도 무진장 넓네요. 인계동이라, 밤에 살짝 시끄럽긴 합니다.

Comfortable bed, water & coffee facilities in the hallway, tea bags and water bottles in the room, friendly & helpful staff, tidy & modern room, toiletries in the bathroom (and they were restocked during my 3 night stay). Would absolutely stay here again.

No view from the room/not much natural light, but that's the only thing negative thing I can think of to comment on! Not too close to the historical sites, but very close to restaurants/nightlife, so location may not be ideal depending on why you're in Suwon, but there are bus stops a <10 minute walk away so I didn't find it a problem.
