"You cannot sleep with the noise from the street"

A lot of noise from the street. I complain about a soap recipient broken. The person at the front desk said that the maintenance would be done, but it didn’t happened

From the service, to the food, to the cafe downstairs everything here is amazing ! Will definitely be staying here next time we come! Huge shout out to Juan at the reception in the front, he is the absolute best! Helped up with great recommendation minutes after requesting some, went above and beyond to make our stay here enjoyable and very memorable in the best way. Ask for him when you come, he is muy excelente!
