Punta Kai was a very clean place and conveniently located near the center. The staff was always attentive to what we needed and very friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that even after the quiet hours began, some guests continued making noise, which made it difficult to fully rest. Overall, it was a positive experience.

El hospedaje en el hotel estuvo bueno, el hotel es bien cómodo y bonito. La atención genial y esta muy cerca a la playa en una muy buena zona.

Una opción perfecta en punta zicatela, amables, habitaciones limpias, y muy centrico

Walking distance for food and nightlife. Hotel looks better in person than in pictures. Safe and easy to grab a taxi. Beds are a tad bit small, but it’s manageable. Staff is really cool and friendly.

De lo mejor excelente ambiente, las habitaciones limpias al igual que la alberca solo que tiene mucho cloro jajajaj pero en todo es de lo mejor el servicio y el trato con el personal de maravilla
