Colmena Hotel CDMX Centro

Hôtel situé au centre historique de Mexico, proche du métro Allende, offrant un petit-déjeuner de produits mexicains qui change du traditionnel "petit-déjeuner continental". On apprécie le jus de fruit disponible à toute heure de la journée.

La sonnette employée la nuit ou très tôt de nature à réveiller toute la maisonnée.

We were a couple and we spent 5 nights. The place is clean. The room was minimal. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The location is in the center of the historic centro. Very good service by the staff. Maria and Reina were helpful to carry our luggage to the taxi that could not reach the hotel because of road blocks.

The room was minimal. The washroom quite small. No AC. No appliances. No elevator, but the staff helped to carry the luggage upstairs. Regretfully, we came at a time that access to the hotel was limited due to protests and the main sites in the historic center were closed in preparation for the world cup.

La ubicación es bastante propicia, cerca del Zócalo, cerca de vías principales para llegar caminando a varios de los puntos de interés de la Ciudad -detalle importante: si van para las fechas del Mundial, sepan de antemano que cualquier transporte en vehículo les tomará bastante más. El tamaño de las habitaciones es sin duda el plus más importante del sitio. Sin lugar a dudas, la característica más destacable.

Hay una fuerte oportunidad de mejora en la atención del staff. Una siente que llega, pasa y se va por su cuenta. También, considero que las fotografías de la web no se relacionan tanto con el lugar.

The location is very close to the historical center. Good breakfast.

Too hot during summer, which is not a problem by itself, but the only windows were directed to the hallway so we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open.

It is 5 mins walk away from Zocalo.

There is no lift. We had to carry our luggages up and down the stairs.

Ubicado a pocas cuadras del zócalo. Muy buena atención de parte del personal . Atención de María Fernanda excelente muy amable y atenta a todo lo que necesitamos en nuestra estancia . El desayuno súper rico y variado
