ULIV Apartments El Ángel

Great location, cute and cosy apartment, very comfortable beds. Everything you need inside. Feels very safe with 24 hour reception.

Quite noisy (but they supply earplugs) blinds have gaps and neon lights outside are very bright

Door was broken the first night we stayed there and we were trapped inside overnight until 8:30am in the morning when I managed to pry the door open with a knife... One of the staff was even trying to blame us for the broken door. We were given a different room the next day. No WiFi first night either. Also the shower water was lukewarm at best, cold sometimes. Uneven floors, drawers that keep sliding open.

Elevator was a bit of a worry

Super convient location! The folks working were all so friendly and were available for any recommendations or questions. It is near a busy intersection so keep that in mind when booking, you will be able to hear the traffic however the beds are so comfortable you’ll be able to stay asleep!

The location, staff, and were all great. Be aware, though, that being in the heart of the city comes with noise.

We celebrated with friends and had the best time ever using the facility. The apartment was perfect and so comfortable. We really look forward to visiting again! 🙂

It would have been great to have a TV in bedroom and living room sofa was not comfortable.
