El apartamento es grande

El área en el que está ubicado el apartamento es un área fea, muchas personas en condiciones de calle, basura en la esquina. El colchón de la cama súper incómodo, viejo y hasta con manchas, se sentían los tubos en la espalda que hasta tuvimos que colocar el mat de yoga debajo para que fuera menos incómodo a la hora de dormir.

El departamento muy bien, con lo necesario para estar comodos. Comunicarnos fue muy dificil, el numero de telefono que aparece en expedia NO es el correcto, fue estresante. En el lugar habia acceso controlado, camaras y te daba seguridad, pero definitivamente NO es una zona que se sienta segura para salir a caminar, ni con opciones de comida cerca, no volveria a hospedarme ahi.

Todo esta muy bien, el departamento muy bonito y las instalaciones igual

Estaba muy sucio, sábanas sucias ,, todo tenía pelos de perro y había popo también.. muy mala la experiencia que pase

The property is excellent. And once you are inside the gates you feel safe, but the area feels unsafe and its dirty

La propiedad super comoda y linda, puedes desplazarte tranquilamente a pie, hay puestesitos de comida por las mañanas cerca del depa y el host super atento y respondia super rápido Muy amena la estancia c:

Muy buenas instalaciones. Le faltaban tazas para desayunar. Buen sofá. Tres dormitorios cómodos. Buena agua caliente. Cochera propia y ascensor.

El barrio es más bien zona de talleres y por la tarde noche madrugada da sensación de inseguridad y no tiene nada de estética mexicana de la que uno se imagina cuando viaja a la ciudad de México. Estuvimos en el apartamento 303 y en el de la planta de abajo había 10 tipos de fiesta y drogandose todo el día. Todo su olor a drogas y marihuana inundando absolutamente todo el departamento. Estuvimos encerrados los 4 días con los niños para evitar que todo el ruido y los olores nos afecten. Otra cuestión es que en ninguna parte del aviso en Booking aparece que los domingos hay tianguis o esa feria que se instala en la puerta y nuestro vehículo quedó encerrado sin poder sacarlo para realizar las actividades turísticas que teníamos programadas. Tuve que pelearme con toda la gente del tianguis para mover absolutamente todo y poder salir con el auto. La estadía es correcta en relación precio lugar comodidades. De todas maneras no volvería al mismo lugar teniendo otras opciones.

Here is what I think you should know before your stay here at least this was my experience. Pros: - The unit looks exactly like the pics. It was clean, it was roomy, and it fit my family of 4 perfectly. - The door attendant “Cesar” was very friendly and welcoming. - The apartment has pretty much everything you need. Completely furnished kitchen, beds, baths, wifi, ect. -They have a working elevator which is huge if you are carrying heavy luggage. - The apartment complex itself felt very safe. You need to use a QR code to enter the property. Which is great that way you don’t have to wait for the apartment attendant to open the door. - Every Sunday there is a street market that sets up right outside the complex and carries for about 5 blocks. So if you like flea markets you will enjoy this. Cons: The neighborhood is NOT the greatest. I was told by uber drivers that it is known in the past for car thefts. Also that some uber drivers don’t really go into the neighborhood late at night. (With that being said, we were not walking around late and we had no issues finding an uber to drop us off late at night) - The communication with the management had me in edge. I had to reach out to everyone to obtain check in instructions. They did not communicate 24hr before like Expedia stated they would. Finally received instructions before I boarded my flight. Never received the QR code. One of the neighbors was kind enough to share it with me.

The place was clean. Had everything I needed.

The guards were smoking weed when we checked in.
