En general el lugar es bonito y cómodo así como la ubicación es buena, sólo qué hay demasiado ruido externo y la zona en sí, muy sucia y se percibe insegura.

Not false advertising. Clean property, buy the area is outside Roma Norte, even though on the map it seems a mile and half away from a popular meeting point. The area is full of auto mechanic shops. Lots of trash left outside on streets after Sunday market.
