The hostel is very good and well equipped.

The atmosphere is too quiet and a bit oppressive. You have to be careful not to make any noise the whole time. Personally, I never managed to relax and feel like on vacation, but more like in a hospital base.

"No volvería a ese lugar me robaron los que viven en esa habitación"

La ubicación..

Sin aire acondicionado todo el dia lo encienden hasta las 10 de la noche, no cambian ropa de cama no te dan una toalla y sin temor a equivocarme me robaron 1500 pesos de la cartera en lo que me estaba bañando en la habitación que me asignaron había gente que vivía o vive ahi en el local y se me robaron... el lugar no tiene Lockers tus cosas quedan completamente desprotegidas... no hay personal que te asista... vi una vez a alguien y fue solo para cobrar...

Llegué y nadie abrió, no contestaron a través de la plataforma, ni por teléfono. El número de teléfono es de USA, no ponen número mexicano. Tuve que ir a otro lugar al último momento.

"Good place to stay in Tulum!"

It is a quiet hostel with a lot of potential. It was really clean and the beds were amazing! The staff was also really friendly! There were lockers for free of charge!

However, there was no one at the reception. I could only contact the receptionist via WhatsApp. That was a shame. But overall it was amazing staying there!
