The Kippal was the perfect place with the perfect staff, Mike and Andy. Once we made our reservations they were in touch to assist us with all of our needs and questions whether related to the Kippal, or Cozumel in general. When we arrived Mike greeted us, made us feel welcome, and showed us to our beautiful room. It was clear that Mike and Andy are not just friendly and helpful but they also take upkeep of the property seriously. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the modern room with stunning views was kept to the highest standards. During our stay, the concierge staff continued to be engaged and helpful. They assisted us with finding restaurants, ordering pizza, and even kept us in the loop and reassured during a freak island wide power outage. From the moment we booked till they helped us to our return to airport taxi that they arranged for us, Mike and Andy helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ever!

El apartamento grande y cómodo , con todo lo que uno necesita , el kit de baño excelente y tienen una máquina de café maravillosa Las habitaciones cómodas y en general muy amplia . Tienen dispensador de agua y unos sofás para descansar buenos La terraza es hermosa con una vista espectacular!! Muy recomendado

El Wifi no nos funcionó , y el desayuno es autoservicio ( pero con buenos sanduchitos )

Tout d abord Andy, toujours aux petits soins Armin est tout aussi réactif et chaleureux L appart est top avec une grande terrasse L emplacement, proche du centre a pied et au calme

Location great, beautiful pool, modern decor and facilities, spacious, amazing air con, most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in!

Few things missing in the kitchen - scissors and tea towels!

Modern spacious apartment with great views,

1. Ac in living room not working properly (told receptionist on 1st day) was told they would fix it however we were not keen on having their contractor in whilst not there. 2. ⁠balcony door did not lock 3. ⁠no sofa bed as advertised ( they did compromise with a spare bed when asked) 4. ⁠swimming pool unusable during our stay due to maintenance 5. ⁠drilling and construction noise until 22.30 on the roof top 6. ⁠ Room smelled of drainage 7. Did tell concierge about the issues however nothing was really done about it Very expensive for the purpose and lack of facilities Would not recommend
