Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y siempre hay alguien vigilando. Sin embargo, el flujo de agua caliente no era constante, serviría tener una cafetera y una plancha. En gral le doy un 4 de 5.

Tiene buen servicio del personal, buen trato, la comida en el hotel es muy buena. Tomar en cuenta que el centro de San Pedro Cholula no está tan cerca.
