I like the jungle resort feel to the property. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was very kind and would try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wanted to read so they changed the club music to instrumental. Very considerate.

The very loud club music early in the morning. That was not necessary.

Richtig schöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool. Personal war hilfsbereit, Roller konnten wir für 450 MXN am Tag vor Ort ausleihen. Fahrräder gibt’s gratis, die waren jedoch in wirklich keinem guten Zustand. Zimmer waren okay, man muss sich auf jedenfall damit abfinden das kleine Tiere und vor allem Mücken problemlos in die Hütte kommen, ansonsten aber schön. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, Wasserdruck ebenso.

Am Pool lief teilweise sehr laute Musik. Die Lage ist wenn man mobil ist absolut okay, zu Fuß jedoch etwas außerhalb. Vom Personal sprach nur einer Englisch.

The place is fine but is pretty far from the downtown area, if you go by walk it is at least 25 min far from the main area, if you by car is an amazing place to just spend the night around and keep moving

Way too far for the main attractions of Tulum

10/10 todo hermoso!!! Fui por una noche y terminé extendiendo porque no quería salir del lugar ☺️... Tiene una vibra muy linda. José Luis y todos los que trabajan allí fueron muy amables. Los espacios del lugar son increíbles, la habitación muy cómoda, la alberca hermosa para nadar... 100% recomendable!
