Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Très belle chambre. Jardin et piscine agréable. Établissement calme.

El trato al cliente, las intalaciones sucias, no tenia luz ni agua ni internet

El estilo del hotel es super , muy innovador y acogedor, la atención fue muy buena las personas del lugar siempre fueron muy amables

Algo lejos de la zona comercial y de la terminal ADO ; sin embargo tienen bici y motos para alquilar

L’impression de ne pas être en ville La piscine, la propreté des lieux

Pas de service de petit déjeuner, la cuisinière était en vacances… Dommage

the whole resort was exceptional. was a wonderful by chance find. the pricing was super cheap, and to walk into a serene location just blew us away. unfortunately we were just driving through and did not have time to actually relax and stop. but i am thinking of definitely making the trip back over the border to mexico to visit this location again, this time maybe with a few other couples. water pressure great, water temp great, shampoo, soap, 2 bathrobes, 2 pool towels, 2 bath towels, coffee machine with items, water bottles, a mini fridge, a small safe, a blanket and AC all provided for the small price.

the only thing that i was not very comfortable on the king bed in room 7. it felt like the springs were just old inside and not soft.

Loved the location on the edge of Tulum so no barking dogs that keep you awake at night. The pool is great. Our room was very nice for the prices so a good value.

Building noise behind us. But it stops by 6pm. You can hear traffic noise but if they turn the music on by the pool it drowns it out. The restaurant was not open for breakfast which it says it is at 8am
