Hotel Kavia Premium

Exelente estancia el hotel muy bien solo tubimos una familia a un lado que hacia mucho ruido pero de lo demas exelente

El personal de recepción me pareció poco atento, rayando en grosero

This is hotel is difficult to rate for so many reasons! First the beds were 5 star! Three of us all slept wonderfully! Our room was spacious & we loved the storage areas. There is a large pool on the roof and nice views, but no shade and only 3 chairs & a lounger. After that there are several things that bring it down to a 3 rating: the building is old and stuffy, to cover the smell there are excessive “plug-in air fresheners” everywhere! We unplugged ours in our room as soon as we arrived! Once we opened up the bathroom and let things air out a bit it wasn’t over powering. The bathroom doors shouldn’t be closed up between guests! There was musty smell until we allowed air flow. We were fortunate to get a room with an outside window. This building had a previous life as an office building or other purpose. There are many rooms that have a window to the hallway and I don’t think to the outside. We did not eat at the restaurant. We explored other eateries in the area. The hotel is a great location on popular Paseo de Montejo. Lots of history here, mansions to visit, restaurants to try, very walkable and safe. We have been to Merida before, so this is why we chose this hotel for the location and the discounted price. If you have a car, there is easy access to the parking garage and the elevator. The elevator numbers however are one number different than your floor; another quirk. There are several Kavia brand hotels in Mérida. Would I stay here again? Not sure.

Me tuvieron q cambiar 4 veces de habitación, la primera tenía goteras en la habitación, la segunda estaba infestada de cucarachas, la tercera me dieron una habitación ocupada!!! Y la última fue la vencida y fue en la q me quede ya sin problema

Todo fue bien

Muy mal, nos dieron una habitación de menor categoría, no nos limpiaron la habitación por ser fechas de diciembre cosa que no es problema del huésped, la habitaciónes no son ventiladas y huelen mal, nunca hubo agua caliente lo reportamos y me dijeron que era normal, el parqueadero no cuenta con seguridad.

Mayormente fue una buena experiencia salvo que la limpieza me dejó preocupado, me dieron dos toallas sucias y una de ellas con insectos pequeños, eso me dejó un poco de mal sabor.

Recomendable . Excelente ubicación sobre Paseo Montejo conocido como “El remate” , restaurantes, bares , museos, el centro a 15 min aprox caminando . Limpieza : la primer habitación que me dieron tenía ropa de cama sucia y el lavamanos tenía un detalle con una pieza del desagüe que no embonaba. Solicité apoyo en recepción , fueron amables y me cambiaron de habitación. Habitación : 2 botellas pequeñas de Agua de cortesía todos los días, refrigerador , minisplit, instalaciones modernas. A tomar en cuenta la habitación no tiene accesorios para planchar , no tiene espejo de cuerpo completo , le falta un poco de iluminación , las dos habitaciones que yo conocí no tenían ventanas si se sea tener vista considerarlo a la hora de hacer la reserva . Aún que no tiene servicio a la habitación ,hay un restaurante con amplio horario para poder desayunar , comer o cenar , con acceso desde el lobby , por si no se desea salir .
