Had great places around to get drinks and dinner. Was not far from where we needed to be.

The AC UNIT in the bed room was not working properly and it smelled like sewer in the rooms

El colchón.

El personal tiene un trato inaceptable, parece que llegas a un lugar en donde te están dando asilo en lugar de pagar, principalmente por la zona en la que se encuentra, no es la mejor, pero es el centro histórico de Guadalajara, si tratan así a los huéspedes no quiero saber que va a pasar en el la fifa cuando culturas de todo el mundo lleguen y no sepan cómo dar un trato adecuado. JAMAS VOLVERIA A QUEDARME AHI NI AUNQUE ME PAGARAN. Salí a el área de fumar, la única que hay en todo el hotel y el gerente llega con un actitud de un nivel tan bajo, a exigir que no se podía fumar ahí, que nos teníamos que salir a la calle, pues entonces que pasa? Estoy quedándome en un entorno seguro, para estar seguro, no me voy a salir a la calle a arriesgarme porque en ese caso hubiese dormido en la calle, básicamente todo estuvo mal desde la entrada hasta la salida, si me pudiesen hacer un reembolso lo aceptaría con toda la gratitud porque fue un gran error elegir ese lugar.
