Es un hotel pequeño pero con lo necesario. Agradable, limpio, seguro, lo necesario para disfrutar la playa que esta enfrente.

If you’re looking for a small, family run hotel right on the beach, you’re in luck! We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly manger of the hotel who had a special surprise for us in our room because I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary. Such a sweet touch! We fell asleep to the sound of the pounding waves, which was lovely. Breakfast in the morning is fruit with yogurt and muesli, coffee and for me Huevos Rancheros. The food was excellent, and although the service could be a little pokey at times, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tips: As you face the beach, walk to the right to the Playa Bebe for tranquil swimming out of the surf. I would highly recommend this place for a small hotel experience. Their kitchen closes at 530pm, but there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby!

En general fue una estancia agradable, solo mejoraría la atención del personal.

El lugar es hermoso, bonitas habitaciones limpias amplias y con unas vistas a la playa increíbles! El personal es educado y atento, la playa es de las mejores de la zona. Volveremos! Lo recomiendo mucho!

Location

El lugar en dónde está el hotel es precioso. Las habitaciones muy lindas, cómodas y con una vista espectacular al mar. Se duerme delicioso escuchando al mar. Los alimentos del restaurante buenísimos y deliciosos. El personal muy amable, te sientes como en tu casa. Sólo los camastros están muy incómodos. Los cojines que les ponen, están delgados y feos. Hay algo de basura en la playa, en los costados del hotel, que deben de limpiar tanto por el aspecto que da pero sobretodo por el cuidado del medio ambiente. Sin duda, regresaremos.

The location said Mazunte, but in reality it was located in San Agustinillo... we had to call and get the right address. The hotel information said check in at 9am, we arrived at 10:30 am and there was no staff when we checked in, only 1 waiter and an lady who apparentlywas the boss, but they didnt know about our reservation they kept on insisting us on a rate of $2,800 pesos per night and only stoped until we showed our Expedia confirmation. Apparently the "hotel" staff didn't come in until 1pm, so we couldn't pay our stay upfront like we planned... When we were taken to our room they didn't give us a key, we had to ask for it and they had to go and "find it". The waiter cameback with a bunch of keys and tried them on our room door to see which one worked... There was no TV in the room Our resevation included breakfast, but on the first morning, we went down at 8am and there was no one in the hotel/restaurant but us... so we just went somewhere else to have breakfast since we had our day already planned. On our second day we decided to wait until 10am when there was actually some staff, to go and have breakfast...
