Agradable estancia, todo es por autogestión, a excepción de la recepción en la que las instrucciones llegan a tardar un poco, pero la vista y la ubicación valen la pena; efectivamente falta un poco de limpieza en áreas comunes, sobre todo el el roftgarden, así como que reparen las sombrillas de dicha área, por el resto excelente.

Property was very had everything we needed a block from malecón lots of options for dining and shopping had the DiDi app to get around saved lots of money very using taxis or local transportation the clerk at front were very helpful in great restaurants over great stay will stay again the location was very centric and safe

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the spacious and clean room. However, a few issues did arise during my visit. I experienced a lack of hot water in the shower, and the kitchen was somewhat under-equipped for cooking. Additionally, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay. On weekends, it can get quite noisy as well. That said, the location is fantastic, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. Getting around was simple, with plenty of options available including Uber. Overall, it's a great place with some room for improvement.

Studios are comfortable, unfortunately the neighborhood is noisy and is does not feel safe.

I chose this place because it offered parking place, when I was about to enter el garage the person who handed me room keys asked me what car I was driving, because THEY KNOW that some cars may hit the garage floor. After witnessing other cars hitting the floor it was clear my NISSAN SENTRA (which is not that low) was likely to hit it. They were not able to offer an alternative rather than leaving the car on the street, not even could recommend a parking place. The place is noisy and may get crowded during the weekends, so I ended up looking for safe parking place almost at midnight paying a lot. What shocked me the most is that after 1700 nobody is in charge and ANYBODY can enter the premises through the garage entrance and the guests are forced to use this entrance too which is dark and feels pretty unsafe, specially if there are a lot drunk people in the area. I got in touch with 2 staff people personally and I called the help number, from every interaction I got different responses, and pretty useless. I witnessed another guest complaining about hot water (to be fair I did not face any problems inside my room), but, as I experienced myself, nobody is in charge, they just do not care about the guests comfortability.

It was a perfect stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We love the staff here and the location is perfection-close to the beach and the historic zone. You can watch the best sunsets in Mazatlan here. There are many excellent restaurants in the area that appeal to a wide variety of tastes. Now for the downside. Olas Altas is very popular for ‘cruising’ on the weekends-Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings. The cruising makes it very noisy as the condos face what is considered the end of the drive and then vehicles either change direction at the traffic circle or drive further down the street that the condo is on before circling back. The vehicles are loud, the people are loud and the music is loud. If you are a light sleeper you will hate it here. Bring earplugs!
