The apartment is located near a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. The place is spacious and comfortable with decent amenities.

There is no front desk to help checking in and out of the place. Everything was done via emails but they sent duplicate emails for guest information and ID verification in Spanish and English. Eventhough, I submitted the responses, I continue to get the emails. The worst part is that I did not get the email with information to access the property upon arrival. The security guard doesn't speak English and I had a hard time accessing the property. After contacting the property management, I received a text with the information on how to access the apartment and WiFi info. Etc. Via Whatsapp. However, it's only in Spanish and I wasnt able to copy and paste the content to translate to English. In addition, security closes the metal gate to access the building during off hours and I wasn't able to use my code to access the building. Also, the code can't be used to access the gym. Overall, it's an inconvenience and hassle to go in and out of the building and the gym.

The location is really goof with a lot of restaurants, places to go around it.

We did not have the card available to access the roof top, or the gym, or any other of the commom areas of the building. I requested the front desk man to allow me to access thoses places and he told me he could not do it, so, the only night I wanted to sit at the roof top and have a wine I was not able to. Also, the description of my room said (1 separate bedroom), and the bedroom was in the same area as the living room. The shower was great for short baths, after 5 min the water turned cold, and we ha to turn off the water, wait a bit and turn it back on. But what bothered me the most was that I reserved the place for me and 4 friends a few weeks in advance, and it was only a few day before our stay that they started requesting my documents, such as pictures of my passsport and picture of my credit card. I understand that those were for security reasons, but this should be informed in advance, as I did not feel confortable sending pictures of those through whats app, but if I did not send them, they would not give me the code acesss to the room. Also, we arrived 1 hour before check in and we were not alowed in the room, so plan to get the on time.

Apartment is visually attractive, and there's a nice balcony

The noise is as bad if not worse than the other reviews, and the main bed creaks loud enough to wake the dead. The noise from outside is absolutely terrible; you will hear policemen blowing their traffic whistles through the night. The check-in process is bad: you'll get a message from the hotel asking you to send your credit card details and passport to a random Peruvian WhatsApp number. They ask for a lot of details in advance, which I had to provide several times, and two hours before check-in I still didn't have check-in information. There is a "Wifi-connected noise meter" plugged in in the kitchen, which, if having a microphone in your space is what you want, you're going to love. Probably doesn't matter that much as the WiFi in the room was broken, and we had to connect to the WiFi in a neighbouring property run by the same company. Finally, the trash can in the kitchen is bizarrely small.

Location was good. Safe neighborhood.

It was good. We stayed for 8 nights and it would have been nice to get housecleaning staff to stop in and at least bring more toilet paper since we were only left with 2 rolls and fresh towels since we were there over a week. No face clothes were provided.
