Hotel Axolotl

Todo bien solo el elevador no servía y nos tocó 3 piso el hotel se veía solo entonces no entiendo Xk 3 piso

The staff at the hotel were nice. Even though they had nothing to offer and barely knew English

No toilet seat on the toilets! No windows in the room! Just a door facing the pool The room was smelly and it seems like it was closed and not vented properly The pool was dirty The location is near the airport and far from most activities. You hear clearly every takeoff and landing Unfortunately that was my experience maybe some of the other rooms are better

Absolutely nothing

Publicidad engañosa, no existe ventilación natural ni ventanas, es un cuarto de 3x3 con un baño sin ventilación, esto en el planta baja, los demás pisos no sabría comentar, la chica de recepción de la tarde siempre de mala gana. En ubicación un poco lejos y en la noche se encuentra muy obscuro para llegar

Las personas de servicio no atienden bien

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones también son buenos y la amabilidad muy buena. Lo único malo es que no había internet y tampoco se veían los canales en la pantalla que tiene la habitación. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Instalación y limpieza

La propiedad es muy bonita, sin embargo tiene muchas hormigas, en el estacionamiento hay muchos nidos, soy delicada y ami me dejo enronchada. Cuando comente en recepcion que habia hormigas en mi habitación solo me dieron un insecticida. A pesar de eso creo es muy bonito y limpio.
