I left glassess and housekeeping found them for us. the desk light was not working and i called front desk and they had it replace within 15 minutes . male host was very inviting has a round face and great spirit , i wish i could remember his name

carpet need to be wasshed there are stains on the floor in the room , lighting in the room was kinda poor also bath tub was not the cleanest. i had a guest over and even they pointed that out

The breakfast offerings were excellent and on par with the Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The location is good and right off of Nashville Pike which is a major road leading to Gallatin and/or Nashville.

I like cotton sheets on beds. However, I slept okay.

The whole Staff was awesome! Housekeeping and Front Desk! Rooms were clean, and very nice! I was traveling alone, and never felt un-safe...

The ONLY complaint I had was on the main side of bed it had a lumpy hole...need to turn mattresses more often.
