Holmes Suites Inn Columbus Pataskala - I-70 East

When I checked in I asked about getting a late check out which was 11:00am and was offered an extra 30mins at no charge but was looking for something more like 1pm and offered to pay but was told they would have to get permission and I could come back and check in the morning. Well the purpose of me asking was because I wasn’t going to be up that early so I just assumed they were going to approve it and stayed in bed. They ended up calling my room and waking me up to let me know I could stay until 1:00pm. I would just recommend the staff have the training or authority to make those decisions. You should be able to tell how booked you are to see if you can make that call or not without having to ask someone who isn’t at work that day.

Came to town for a competition. booked a hotel and left because it was disgusting. Booked at Holmes in and made my way there. Everything was perfect except the windows. They used blinds which made the morning come early and bright....too bright

Really clean, comfortable beds. Only complaint was no elevator.

We booked this last minute stay because of an early morning flight with a long drive. The hotel has recently been renovated. The amenities are good, but some of the renovation work was sloppy and poorly executed. The beds are very small. We had one adult and one child in each bed and were very cramped. The front desk was unoccupied with a long wait when seeking assistance at check in/check out.

Very clean, quiet, nice staff members. Some of the most comfortable mattress, the linen felt really clean…slept amazing.

Hotel is pretty new. Rooms are clean but small & plain. Kind of a dorm room feel. No cable

Simple amenities,,worked out well. Rooms aren't very soundproof, but not bad. Facility appears new and very clean.
