Great place, great staff, a bit expensive - at least for a couple. It's more of a family place

We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride instead of making us arrange an expensive shuttle. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing time, enjoyed the beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, and welcoming staff. Definitely would return on a future trip!

Very friendly and amicable staff. Amazing property, easy to relax and unwind. The tents are amazing, clean and cozy. The beds were the most comfortable on our trip. I would highly recommend a visit here.

Edwardo make you feel like royalty. The staff goes above and beyond. Quiet and comfortable. You're in the jungle so anticipate the wildlife.

Manager Eduado and his team are exceptional in their friendliness and assistance. What they have created here is amazing - set in the jungle, a secluded, tranquil place away from it all with great landscaping, pool and facilities. The tents are spacious, comfortable and well cooled. As one of the only Glamping sites in the area they offer a very unique experience away from the average places on offer in Puerto Morelos.

This is just personal taste - I didn’t feel pop chart music drifting across camp complimented the tranquil setting and vibe. Chill out music would better compliment the sound of surrounding wildlife. It’s not a dislike it’s just a headsup to those you are not driving your own car - make sure you have a telephone number of Puerto Morelos taxi company.
