El lugar es muy bonito, te super conectas con la naturaleza, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. La atención de Dominique es super personal y de la mano. El área común super con la chimenea muy agusto.

Lo único es que afuera de las habitaciones hay unos pocos escalones y esta absolutamente obscuro, seria muy buemo poner un foto de luz tenue tal vez pero que guiará el camino, hace 2 años me fracture el peroné y justo fue en escalones asi pequeños entonces así que me dio el dejavu terrible. Todo lo demás increíble.

Está un poco difícil llegar, si toma tiempo subir por el monte desde Avandaro… si quieres estar en un ligar que tengas Avandaro a una cuadra y salir y regresar todo el tiempo al cuarto.,, no es opción, pero ai no buscas eso - lo recomiendo mucho. Está muy bonito todo.

I loved the greenery and the calmness about the place. I really felt that we could relax and unwind. The host was also very kind.

A little far from town, but not terrible.

We had a very disappointing experience. We wanted a quiet location in the woods and ended up having to leave halfway during our stay because of heavy, nonstop drilling noise next door. The noise started before 7 am and at 15 in the afternoon it was still going on. We decided to pack our stuff and go somewhere else, this was not what we had expected. The owner agreed to give us a refund through Booking when we left, but we ended up with no refund and all communication blocked.

After we had already packed our things, left and found another place (which the owner agreed on, said she understood and would arrange a refund through Booking, which we have written proof of), the owner offered us to come back, said they had talked to the manager of the construction and that the noise would stop the coming days. We found that already too late. We had made our bookings weeks before, and saw that the construction had also been announced months before. It was not unknown that there would be construction noise, which the owner then claimed. There had been plenty of time to discuss the work during the dates that we were staying, or at the very least to give us a heads-up. Even if on the day itself the noise is unexpected, then we would have appreciated quick action, discussing the situation and the possibilities. But nothing happened for 8 hours, the noise just went on, the owner said it would probably be the same the next day, so we decided to leave. But apparently because we declined their "offer", the owner felt we didn't need to be compensated anymore and blocked all communication with us (for example Whatsapp). We discussed the matter with Booking, but Booking claims they cannot help us, because the owner is denying a refund. This is simply ridiculous. The location itself is very nice, but the noise and the misleading communication ruined it for us. Claiming we will get a refund and then blocking all communication is simply nasty. We therefore do not recommend this place at all.
