The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Our first room had no window. We were moved to another room that had a partial skylight in the shower, and a tiny window that allowed very little light in from the courtyard.

La presión de la regadera super baja, el agua no calentaba, avisamos en recepción y lo revisaron pero duró caliente 2 minutos.

La habitación es bastante amplia y el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación podia acceder caminando a todos los lugares que quise conocer.

El piso de la ducha de la habitación 5 estaba muy liso, resbale la primera vez que la utlice.

El concepto del hotel es bueno, la plaza en la mitad muy amena

Olor a humedad en las habitaciones, el baño también tenía un olor a caño, la habitación muy amplia pero sin ventanas (muy oscura) , el desayuno muy regular y la logística confusa.

Good location, clean room

Terrible communication with manager. We paid for a room with a bathtub — this was the main reason we chose and booked this hotel. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the bathtub was not available. The administrator was polite and genuinely tried to help resolve the booking issue. However, the manager, who was not on site, decided that this was our problem, and stated that in order to have a bathtub in the room, we would need to pay extra

Ubicación buena

Mala relación calidad precio. Muy caro para lo que es. Habitaciones frías, oscuras y húmedas. Agua sin presión y templada. Malos capuccinos en el desayuno. Pequeño snack de la habitación carísimo.

Decoracio i amplitud de les habitacions

Molt fosques i mal insonoritzades, sents els cotxes del carrer com si fossin dins de l’habitació. Vam demanar canvi perquè el bany de la 7 feia molta pudor de cloaca. Diuen esmorzar continental inclós, però només es un suc i un cafe amb un pancake, no ofereixen quasi res. Si deixeu el cotxe al valet parking (cost extra) haureu d’esperar almenys 20 minuts perquè us el portin. Surt a totes les webs de design i boutique hotel però està molt sobrevalorat.

La ubicación, la comida, el diseño y la vista en la terraza. El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy amplia y acogedora.

La regadera con muy poca presión de agua, nuestra habitación estaba en el piso de la entrada y era susceptible al ruido. Sugiero mejorar el aislamiento de puertas y ventanas para las habitaciones que dan a la entrada y al restaurante, además de mejorar la presión del agua.

This property absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. Miguel and Christian were so incredible. Miguel was literally the best house manager we have ever dealt with. We were emotional to leave. The rooms were exceptional, they were clean and comfortable and beautiful. The owners take so much pride in this property and it shows. The views on the decks were beyond. We cannot wait to return.

Nothing could have been better. It was perfection
