the view has always been great. this is a rebranded and “remodeled” hotel, the only good thing left is the view.

Horrible, DIRTY, no maintenance, no staff, only whatsapp “help” with unhelpful people behind it. They leave a poor “security” guy that cant help with anything. overall horrible. Room was freezing, you cannot control the temp, and they told me, through whatsapp, that I couldn’t have another blanket or anything else until the next day (i asked for it at 5:30pm) because there was no staff to give it to me. Cannot express how dirty and broken everything is

El servicio de check in es muy complicado. Me tenía que llegar un código y nunca llegó. En recepción solo tienen un guardia que no puede ayudar en nada. Los mensajes y la comunicación fue lenta e ineficiente.

The location and building

The rooms are without maintenance my shower was not working and had to leave the hotel because no one went to fix it
