Banyan Tree Veya, Valle de Guadalupe

Nos aparecieron 3 ratones, no nos aplicaron nuestro crédito de estancia, la señorita de la recepción súper grosera, nos contestaba feo y nos contó cosas que no consumimos de un inicio nos cobró el desayuno que teníamos incluido

Rente 3 habitaciones la 1.-salía pura agua caliente mi amigo no se podía meter 2.- en la otra mi amigo no tenía aire acondicionado y lo tuvieron que cambiar de habitación después de 6 horas. 3.- la mía los ventiladores le robaron las cadenas y uno no se podía apagar por qué no le dejaron apagador y el otro prendía a toda velocidad. El aire lo mismo prendía a toda potencia y no se podía apagar. Subía la azotea de la casa a bajar el swicht nunca lo pudieron arreglar. Los caminos espantosos parece que está en construcción el hotel. Mal, mal, mal

Pésima estancia, el primer día a las 8 de la mañana empezaron a dar martillazos en el techo de mi habitación, las 10 no había agua caliente… me ofrecieron cambio de habitación, cuando fui a ver la otra habitación, había un raton dentro de la habitación…. Con ganas de nunca volver !!!

Una experiencia inolvidable definitivamente el mejor lugar para visitar Valle de Guadalupe,la propiedad se encuentra estratégicamente ubicada adonde se puede tener unas vistas espectaculares del valle habitaciones divinas, atención del personal excelente, la alberca hermosa, comida muy buena buen vino y buen si tragos, espero poder regresar pronto

For starters the property has potential to beautiful and a hopefully a well ran banyan tree. My experience wasn’t what I expected personally from banyan tree. It’s unfortunate because the property and architecture really is beautiful. Also, some of the staff are absolutely incredible and go above and beyond. Which I guess they have to, to make-up for the poor management and staff who really could not care at all.

The spa is beautiful and or will be. It wasn’t done during our stay and we only were able to utilize a few parts of it during our 8 day trip. The rooms are beautiful.. but, our air conditioning went out for two nights in one area of our room. They did comp 1 night but ignored the rest basically and almost didn’t even comp 1 night and tried to offer free breakfast. Which after 8 days you’ll not want the breakfast. Please make sure you rent a car and get out of the hotel! That’s what really made our trip. I can’t imagine being stuck on the property the whole time that is half open. Maybe one day they will be working fully. They really should not be charging those prices for mediocre services. Honestly, the absolute worst was when we were checking out and if I wouldn’t have double checked the bill there was almost $1800 DOLLARS not pesos of charges on my bill unaccounted for nightly stays that were already paid. The “main” manager finally showed up at the end to drive us to our car at the very end of the trip. I guess to save face. I really tried to be understand during my stay but I every time I turned around it was something else that was wrong. Hopefully in a year they will figure it out and I can’t change my review.

This hotel is not ready to receive guests: its brand new and the staff has no idea how to provide good service. The villas are spectacular but they are far from the hotel, from the parking, from the pool so you need the cart service, which it may take 15-20minutes on average. Food is average at best, room service needed to call 3 times and it took 90 minutes. And to top it, no water on sunday morning when we needed to shower and check out…and btw, never an apology. Avoid it until they get some trained staff and figure out the transportation.
