Olive Garden Paradise with heated Swimming Pool

Wie im Namen bereits enthalten, liegt das Haus in einem von Olivenbäumen gesäumten Garten in einem ruhigen Umfeld. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Alle Küchengeräte und umfangreiches Geschirr sind vorhanden. Der Garten und der beheizte Pool sind wunderbar für ein schönes Urlaubsfeeling. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die wunderbare Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber, die uns durch ihre Willkommensgesten und ihre Informationen zum Haus und zu Aktivitäten begeistert haben.

The house was fantastic. The remote location is perfect for a relaxing stay. You can cool down the large swimming pool or just enjoy the huge garden with olive trees. The patio has a nice shaded area and many parasols. Each room has an AC unit so even in August you have a cool place. The kitchen has everything you need and more even a small bar with local spirits. The best part were the landlords. They were incredibly forthcoming and helpful. We even got a boat tour and a city tour.

The only thing that we can think of that bugged us during the stay were, well, the bugs. The house is in the middle of nature afterall. Luckily the property has insect screens on all windows and doors so they dont get into the house that easy. Its not a huge deal but something to keep in mind. It wont keep us from coming back for sure.

Die Besitzer waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rovinj war mit dem Fahrrad problemlos erreichbar. Ruhige, angenehme Lage.

Absolutely incredible property. After a couple of weeks of island hopping and Croatian old towns, this was exactly what our family needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds, facilities, security, technology and amenities were all a step above what was initially expected. A quick drive to Rovinj old town, it was a flawless visit.

Honestly it was an amazing stay. I would just mention that due to its location there are quite a few bugs around, so be aware of that.

"Olive Garden Paradise" is a villa where everyone can only wish to stay. It is beautiful and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, richly equipped kitchen provides possibilities rarely found elsewhere. The peaceful surroundings, away from any noise and with birds waking us up in the morning, are truly delightful. The green grass around the pool and olive trees create a relaxing atmosphere for any kind of stay. The pinnacle of hospitality from the owners, Deana and Stanko, was providing us with a free boat ride, with which we toured the Rovinj archipelago and saw Rovinj from the sea-side. They also arranged for us to have a local guide, Tadija, who led us through the alleys of the old town. The villa is highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

Nothing comes to mind so far. I visited the town in the off-season but that was, quite frankly, a great plus for me as I avoided the summer crowds and got to sample some of seasonal Istrian delicacies.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The hosts were delightful and readily available for any assistance we required. The house is exceptionally modern and new, evident from its lovingly curated decor. It boasts spaciousness and abundant natural light throughout the day, complemented by individually air conditioning units in each room. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, including on-site laundry facilities. The vast olive garden enveloping the property is simply magnificent! We savoured our time on the terrace beside the pool, enjoying the comfortable sun loungers. The hot Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, perfect for unwinding in the evening with a nice glass of wine. We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj, and we would eagerly return again in a heart beat.

I am sorry even if I really try to think of any drawback or dislikes, I could not come up with any at this point. The stay was just wonderful, and strongly recommended.
