"The absolute worst"

Possibly location

There was semen on my comforter while the rest of the room smelled Clorox cleaned. I cut my stay short abs got a refund, horrifying is an understatement.

Dirty and unacceptable refused to stay. Bed dirty floors not vacuumed. Not safe in atea.

"Exceptional"

It is a cute place! They keep this place very clean and tidy, and the 2 owners are extremely friendly! We stay here all the time now that we know about it, won't go anywhere else. If you want a great, comfortable, and reasonably priced room I recommend Happy Stay.

I will be honest, at first I didn't get why we never got the price we received on booking.com and I was getting upset. I talked to booking.com about it and then the gentleman at the desk. I should have talked with the gentleman behind the front desk first before asking anyone else! We were reserving a tiny bed and he put us in a queen each time, so let me say I AM SORRY, AND THANK YOU SO MUCH! Stay here, it's a great place!

"Was fine for quick stay."

Good location to downtown area and laundromat. Easy to get in and out. Quiet neighbors.

TV system difficult to turn on. Also, most of the time, couples book rooms. Thats 2 people per room. However, there are never chairs to sit in. You have to sit on bed to eat or watch tv. Very uncomfortable.

"Clean unbeatable friendly HAPPY STAY"

They are extremely nice here and if they can get you something, they do! There rooms are huge and looks very nice and clean! We stay at Howard Johnson's Beumont and it was awful compared to this.

The area, it's just tucked away from alot of places, but other then that nothing!

"Better than sleeping in a rest area"

I liked that it cost $63 and we didn't have to drive all night. The two men who helped me were courteous despite me having to wake them up. The manager told me to check the room before I took it, so I am guessing he's used to people not liking the hotel, and I appreciated that.

The room smelled very strongly of cleaner/disinfectant, the towels were damp, and the sheets were not very clean. We couldn't get the wifi to work but it was midnight so i didn't really try. I''ve stayed in a lot of hostels and cheap motels but I couldn't relax here.
