Muy amables

The view of the rooftop area, too bad that we were not able to enjoy it at night. That area closed to early at 9pm.

The room felt too hot, they provided a floor fan but it was not sufficient to cool. The bathroom is too tight. The front desk staff is not friendly, they purposefully misrepresenting the schedule of the rooftop area for their own convenience. They said it closed at 9:00 pm but posted signage indicated 10:00 pm. Breakfast starts too late at 8:30am, however the staff in that area is very friendly.

El hotel está bonito, las habitaciones son pequeñas, no cuenta con blackout y entra la luz desde antes de las 7am, hace mucho calor y las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado únicamente ventilador de piso, el staff es amable pero en el restaurante tardan más de una hr en preparar los alimentos, que honestamente no son los mejores

There was a late party event with loud music till very very late. We asked to be moved to another Pom and were told full capacity. We later we found out it was not true.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views right in the middle of town. The decor and ambiance all feel quite special and breakfast on the roof was very special: amazing food and 360 views of mountains. The hotel has art on every wall which is interesting and stunning. The garden and swimming pool felt very special - an oasis so to speak. Our window had the most stunning mountain view and two small balconies with large opening doors/windows. Our breakfast was delicious - lots of choice and made to order in front of us: on the roof of course But above all the staff are most kind, helpful, proactive and on top of things - super customer service at all times. For example we arrived early and they took our bags and let us park our car all early. The brought drinks to the garden. They brought our bags to our room without even asking. I could go on! We didn't realise until we paid the bill that breakfast was included - wow even better value.

They did have car parking in the lot opposite the hotel - perhaps knowing this in advance might have been helpful. Like many hotels in the mountains AC is not 100% essential. We had a mobile cooler unit but not quite sufficient to cool us. We should have left the windows open but feared mozzies (which never came).
