The staff were absolutely amazing. The Kitchen and general room and space was wonderful.

If you want to have a QUIET comfortable sleep this is not the place for you. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have soundproof windows next to an elevated highway. I am not sure why you would charge so much money for a room in that kind of location without sound proofed windows. There were these unusual little air vent grates that open and do not seal closed at the bottom of the window. Very weird and very useless...unless you want car and truck fumes from the elevated highway that is only 50 metres away. The sofa bed for our 13 yr old son was very very very uncomfortable and needs replacing.. I am not sure how you expect anyone to sleep on the fold out sofa and then walk properly the next day! The double/queen bed was ok but extremely short in length. our feet hung over the end of bed and we are only 173cm & 180cm tall

walking distance to mall, groceries and estadio azteca. Will be great stay for World Cup.

Periférico traffic is nonstop. Kept the fan on to hum out the noise.
