I loved the location and the staff — especially the wonderful woman who waited on me each morning on the roof terrace and made me fantastic breakfasts! While not super modern or hip, the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, very quiet and reasonable priced. I will definitely stay there again.

Interior, furniture are wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. I love bath tab very much. We had wonderful breakfast included. Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious. It was very Mexican, and there was enough food, even though it was not a buffet. Their specialty dish was so tasty that I ate it two mornings in a row. The staff was excellent. From Paulina in reception, to Andrea as a breakfast server, to Gus the hotel manager, to Sergio and Francisco as the bellmen. Everyone was courteous and attentive and made us feel very well cared for.

The parking was bit far away for my preferences, but during the year-end, I would not have wanted to drive in the town anyway. Too many people and too many cars. Most attractions are accessible by foot from the hotel's location, so the car was not needed.

The best customer service of our entire Mexico trip! Great boutique hotel, amazing continental breakfast included with our stay, with great views of the town. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful room, roof deck and comp breakfast was a bonus!

We booked a family suite that said it had a separate bedroom and then a main room. When we arrived we had just a normal room which did not match the description we booked. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told that even though the description we were given in our confirmation said separate bedroom, it was the same as this one room that we were given. We were not given a discount to bring the rate down to a normal room rate. So in the end we paid for the most expensive room available and did not get what we paid for.
