Agua Santa Hotel Boutique

Very good location. Spacious and nicely decorated room with an excellent bathroom. Roof terrace has a great view of the city. Buffet breakfast is excellent, though it only happens on weekends.

The room was quite dark. Breakfast is decent but the choice is limited, especially compared to the paid breakfast menu. There is kitchenette in the room but no utensils of any kind -- no plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, nothing. A very odd oversight.

No es Boutique. El hotel está bien en general. Las habitaciones se sienten húmedas y el desayuno incluido es bastante malo y para quienes disfrutan de un buen café NO es opción ya que su café no es bueno. Las personas que atiende son bastante amables. El hotel aunque esta en el centro si te lleva unos 15 20 minutos para llegar al zócalo. En general bien aunque buscaría otra opción para cuando regrese a San Miguel de Allende

We didn’t like the cleaning of our room. When we checked in the shower was cover with hair we have to ask them twice to clean the wall.

Staff was incredible and being here during day of the dead was one of the moat enjoyable experiences we have ever had!

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y con muy rico desayuno, está más lejos del centro de lo que pensaba y el estacionamiento no es tan cerca, la habitación muy linda pero solo tiene una ventana muy pequeña, le falta ventilación e iluminación al igual que al baño, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable

The hotel staff was excellent, but the hotel amenities just don't justify the price. - Ok location. Close to Rosewood hotel but at least 15 min walk to Centro. I would have preferred staying in Centro for convenience. However, this hotel was the starting point of the Dia de los Muertos parade, so that worked out well for us. - Great included breakfast, but no lunch or dinner restaurant or bar. Had to go out searching for drinks to enjoy while in the room. - IT IS SO LOUD in the morning! The floors are all stone, could hear people walking down the hallways, tables getting dragged above our room. Really awful to wake up to - I liked the minimal waste - they had water refill station in the room and plastic-free bathroom products. Would have been really nice if they had robes/slippers available, since the floors were so cold and hard - Staff was fantastic, they arranged our airport rides and makeup for the day of the dead festivities. They were very nice

I liked the room. It was spacious but the bed was too soft. Also we didn’t have hot water all the time. I was disappointed to find out that coffee wasn’t in the room or lobby and I had to walk to a coffee shop.
