Llegué y me cancelaron la reservación por sobreventa

ES TERRIBLE Y SOLICITO LA DEVOLUCION DE MI DINERO, NO HABIA RESERVACION A MI NOMBRE Y NI SIQUIERA TENIAMOS HABITACION, HABIA MUCHA GENTE EN LA RECEPCION DEL HOTEL QUEJANDOSE DE LO MISMO Y LA PERSONA QUE ESTABA EN EL AREA, NO CONTESTABA EL TELEFONO Y SOLO DECIA QUE NOS COMUNICARAMOS CON QUIEN HICIMOS LA RESERVACION,. NO SE VALE Y ES BUENO QUE LO QUITEN COMO NEGOCIO AFILIADO A USTEDES

Llegué y al parecer no tenía reservación con ellos, tenía mi itinerario confirmado por expedia y no por el hotel. Me quedé sin hospedaje, gaste demás buscando donde quedarme, solicito una aclaración y reembolso por todo lo ocasionado

Sobrevendieron los cuartos y no estaba nuestra reservacion

Fue conveniente para mi viaje ya que fui a un festival en la explanada del estadio Akron la cual queda muy cerca, incluso se puede ir caminando y haces como 40 minutos, en carro es súper rápido, como 10 min o menos, depende del tráfico.

NO REALIZEN RESERVA AQUÍ!!! el hotel dice que este perfil ya no funciona pero sigue estando en Expedia...asi que no realizen su reservacion o pasaran un gran y desagradable momento

The hotel did not have my reservation and does not have a working phone number so the Hotels teams was never able to confirm my reservation with them and after 2 hours waiting for this, I gave up and left to book accommodation on my own, ended up paying twice and missing the event I was in town for. So avoid booking through Hotels this property,

No respetaron mi reservación y no me pude quedar en el hotel.
