Very nice facility and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, well designed.

Air conditioner didn't work (that's part of what we paid for). Noise from DJ is a bit much. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Our beach umbrella was stolen from the lobby when we checked in.

The hotel was everything I expected. Rooms were modern feeling, comfortable beds and clean. The service around the pool and bar was not the best. Long waits for drinks.

Location, design, friendly beach/table service, clean, convenient to town, relaxed vibe... Mostly LGBTQ. Comfortable, open enviro. Beautiful pool and beach side setup.

A bit loud late into the night...esp days with DJ. Opening bartenders were efficient, but cold and seemed bothered...reception too. Only ~10 in space on one side of bed to squeeze into. Ltd menu.

I totally agree with the many positive reviews about the room, overall facilities, the terrific staff and the excellent food but I put a lower rating for several reasons. The main issue was the noise. Music blasted from mid late morning till late at night and there wasn't a place to escape to. It's a 'party' venue with all that goes with that. As well over the several weeks there I had trouble with the air conditioning and intermittent internet. There are so many positives to this place but the noise is just too much.

Overrated for the cost, my room smelled like sewage, it was above the kitchen, food smells all day long. Music was on for too long, from 11am-11pm

Todo genial. Sitio precioso bien cuidado con todas las comodidades. Ubicación perfecta a pie de playa. Muy buen servicio, amables y atentos. Un punto de mejoría : la carta de alimentos podría ser un poco más amplia y variada y los precios un poco mas ajustados a la zona.
