Excelente el personal. La limpieza dejó que desear. La chica responsable, Ximena, es excelente; inmediatamente llamó al personal necesario para corregir los detalles de limpieza y agua. Realmente cuentan con una profesional de lujo que hace que hasta los errores del sitio, parezcan menores. Felicidades por contratar a este tipo de personas tan eficientes y capacitadas

Conveniently located on a quiet street. Great staff to help you with what you might need. Nice to have a small kitchen to cook a small breakfast, snack, or whatever you want. I loved the fact that I did not have to worry about whether or not my shower in the morning was going to have hot water (for my many times in Mexico City this has been an issue in the past at even finer hotels). Restaurants abound in the area. A very perfect spot.

The toilet paper. Kind of funny but I think this is just something that is just me complaining.
