We loved the location and the value. The room was accommodating for our purposes.

The bathroom needs attention. The bath mat is torn and needs to be replaced. The towels are frayed and dingy. They should be replaced. There was not hot water the first two days we were there. The countertop does not sit squarely on the cabinet. The shower drain backs up so there is standing water when you shower.

Location is excellent. Terrace is nice.

No water filter or bottled water provided on arrival. Can't always rely on tap water, also given recent news and events in CDMX. And if arriving late at night, will have to roam the streets to find a store that's open till late to buy bottled water. Couch and TV were in a bit of a weird and very small spot - surely nobody watches TV that close to one's face.

The location was good, but the communication with the property was terrible, I only got my code to get in to the apt after the check in time. There was also a very sketchy email asking for a verification prior to check in in which you had to pay a deposit. And nothing on the add mentioned a deposit. The bed sheets were old and didn’t feel clean. There was not bathroom matt outside the shower to dry the feet. The windows were dirty. Overall the apt felt dirty and the communication with the property was very poor.

My room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. And there is a terribly annoying screeching noise in the hallway every 2 minutes that kept me up at night. Hard to get a hold of anyone as you have to message them on the app. Will not stay again.

Secure, private, very clean apartment in a good location of Condesa. There is no lobby attendent or security guard. . Once you access the complex from the exterior, there is a hallway and stairs to the upper levels. They have additional toiletries near the entrance which was nice. Kitchen was adequately staffed for longer stays. The refrigerator came in use.

Smaller than what the photos showed. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower beside the ground. The bathroom needed much more counter space. Water gets warm but never hot. It would have been nice if there was somewhere to hang your clothes. It would have been great if there was a safe. The textured wood wallpaper surrounding the TV was pealing. The formica supporting the TV is deteriorating and the swivel design is great but the construction finishes are poor. You can hear everything going on outside. Even though the highs were in the high 70s, the room does get stuffy. It was nice that they provided a fan to get some air circulation.
