The apartments are very nice, big and clean

Unfortunately, we booked two apartments and one of them wasn’t ready until 6pm! Would have been very bad if we didn’t have the other apartment!

I liked the location, the flat is new, very modern, bright, well equipped. The lift going straight into the living room is an interesting touch, the beds are very comfortable.

The bedding wasn't clean in one of the bedrooms and the towels were not clean, they looked more greyish rather than pure white. The coffee machine has not been cleaned and there was no filter to be found to use in it. I asked to let us check-in a little earlier than 4pm as one of us was feeling unwell, but we were bluntly told it was not possible.

Modern and decent value for money. The apartment is massive! And we loved having a balcony.

Location was sub par as it was on the main road and the noise could get quite irritating.

My family and I were renting this apartment for 6 nights. From my opinion, we really needed an electric kettle and a washing machine. There is also no laundry service in the apartment complex.

I reached out for 2-3 days to the owner regarding the code not being visible. He not once responded to text, phone call or Booking messaging. Very stressful during travel and inconvenient. Had to reach out to Booking customer service.

Very MINIMAL and CHEAP decor. Dirty counter and I questioned the bed sheets being changed. Wouldn't rent again

The property was modern, clean and huge.

The sliding glass door to the balcony and the door through the kitchen to outside of the apartment/internal stairwell doesn’t lock so we didn’t feel secure. We put all our belongings in our bedroom with us and locked that door overnight.

The girls at the front desk were nice. The only nice thing about the place.

I don’t even know where to start. #1 - The apartment listing says the place has a washer & dryer. The place we were given did not have that. We paid under false pretenses. When I tried to contact the host, they did not replay. #2 - As you can see from the photos, the walls were terribly scuffed up. There were also dried, dead bugs on the walls. How do walls even get this bad? The owner of this place does not care. Who would let their property get to this point? This is a perfect example of a rich person buying property in a tourist area just to make money. Taking housing away from locals that need it. #3 - We were only given 2, very dingy towels. We could have washed them, had we had a laundry machine. #4 - There were dirty napkins on the patio when we arrived. Absolutely disgusting. There was also a cigarette burn on the couch. #5 - The hot water only gets luke warm. #6 - For a property that brags about being “luxurious” - it’s a joke. #7 - The photos on the listing are nothing like the place we stayed. The place was painted in hideous primary colors, not the calm, light green that is in the photos. #8 - No communication, whatsoever with the host. I tried to express concerns but my issues were ignored. #9 - We were only given one set of keys. My friend I had to be together always to enter the property. This is not safe. Do yourself a favor and just get a hotel. This place is loud, cannot even provide nice towels and has Scientology literature in the lobby. For real, Scientology literature. I would not stay here again.
