En general OK, es viejo y algo deteriorado, pero en mi caso que venía al CAS fue muy práctico. Lo que detesté fue que al volver de la hora de mi cita en el CAS traté de dormir antes de la hora del check out y el personal de limpieza no dejaba de gritar, hacer ruido y poner musica en un volumen alto. Creo que es algo que deben cuidar ya que al final es una zona de descanso. Siento que es algo caro para lo que es.

Horrible staff they didn’t care about our needs they where short on towels and the reins where missing light bulbs and remote controls we ask kindly and they said there was nothing they could have done to fix the issue! Shower. Drains was slow to drain so you had to stamina nasty water!! Lots of male people where in the hotel during our stay as well as armed people just fishy being Tijuana was not very nice the people where armed but not wearing any decals or uniforms of law enforcement ! In resume our stay was not like on previous trips so sad !

I had a really bad experience, people dont respects nothing we didn't sleep the hotel was dirty

The smell of the rooms and blankets no blow dryer or iron a lot of noise even the staff on the hallways to loud

Personal amable excelente limpieza comodo el desayuno muy rico me gusto mucho.
