MXLocation is great, small street close to everything walking distance, nice remodeled building, just details like doors portrait is smaller, then light get through it and noise.
There are not rules for noise, there were people with dogs, kids, yelling after 11:00 p.m. We were at the entrance behind the front desk, oh my God we can listen the guard mobile videos for a while, the apartment is cold but has a heater.
