The style, the staff and the restaurant

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble, nuestra estancia fue excelente, la atención del personal inmejorable, la limpieza de la habitación impecable, el diseño de muy buen gusto, buena ropa de cama, colchón cómoda, vista al mar, alberca limpia y muy agradable y a unos paso de la playa. El servicio en el bar y el restaurante lleno de buenas atenciones, alimentos frescos y bien preparados, por supuesto que volveríamos. Muy recomendable.

Excelente instalaciónes sin embargo permiten demasiado ruido en toda la noche y madrugada, con borrachos que disparan al aire....

No recomiendo este hotel. El servicio en el restaurante está aprendiendo. No hay agua caliente. En el cuarto no hay donde colgar la ropa. Solo el aire acondicionado está funcionando a la perfección. En resumen: las fotos en la página son muy prometedoras, la realidad es otro

Location. It's good looking but not well cared for. Option to book online.

Even though it seems new, facilities haven't been well cared. The staff is not properly trained, and there is never anyone at the reception. Rhe room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait. There are electricity cuts and they don't inform about it and it was not weather related, they said is something common. They chlorinated the pool few minutes before we tried to use it, that's dangerous. I noticed it so we didn't use it but they can't do this in the morning when guests are there already and moreover they should inform about this, specially of the smaller guests. The cleaning chemicals for the pool were in the restaurant area and in the desk at the reception.

Todo muy bien. Solo la cama que está en el segundo piso estaba muy muy incómoda. No había agua caliente. De lo demás todo muy bien. Muy bonito lugar. Muy atentos Margarita y Oscar.
