L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du centre et des principales attractions de la ville. Tout peut se faire facilement à pied. Les places de parking gratuites juste devant l’hôtel sont un vrai plus. Le personnel est très sympathique, agréable et toujours prêt à aider. Les petits déjeuners servis dans le café attenant sont copieux et délicieux, même si le service peut parfois être un peu long.

Les chambres sont peu insonorisées. L’hôtel étant situé directement sur la place, il peut y avoir un peu de bruit en soirée, notamment à cause des aboiements de chiens errants ou des animations dans la rue.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, and the location in the town is perfect. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but we never had any trouble finding a spot right across the street. Delicious breakfasts are served at the restaurant next to the hotel.

**A Hidden Gem in Valladolid!** Frater Yucatán Hotel is an absolute delight! The staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and cozy — with thoughtful touches that reflect the charm of the yucatan. The courtyard and pool area are peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to unwind after exploring cenotes or nearby ruins. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk to the main square and some of the best local attractions. A special highlight is the on-site café. The coffee is excellent, the food is fresh and beautifully presented, and the service is warm and genuine. It became my favorite spot to start the day — sipping a lattes surrounded by the hotel’s serene garden vibe. What makes Frater Yucatán truly special is its atmosphere — boutique luxury with the friendliness of a family-run property. Every detail feels personal and cared for. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning my return. We would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend! A beautiful place to stay — and don’t miss the café, it’s a gem all on its own. Make sure you try the Chilaquiles Valladolid! SOOOOO GOOD!

I wish they had carts to help you move your luggage from the car to the hotel lobby.
