Son muy atentos y muy bonita habitacion

The location is great. Very close to the Centro. Has a cool rooftop, but there are no cushions to be able to enjoy the space.

There is zero privacy. My room was in the main hallway off the lobby. I had a window in the main room and one in the bathroom, both open right onto the hallway, so everyone walking past can see everything in your room unless you have the blackout shade down. You need to keep your windows open for air flow so you hear everything, plus it feels like a lack of security. The staff barely spoke at all, they just sit on their phones or talk to each other, but have no interest in helping you. And the amenities and services listed are absolutely not true. There is no 24 hour desk staff, they told me they were going to send me a code to get in, I had to remind them to send it. Luckily they did have someone there when I arrived, but he left immediately after. There is no iron or hair dryer in the room as stated. And there is absolutely no luggage storage as stated. I had to leave my luggage sitting out in the open in the tiny lobby, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked where I could leave it. Definitely find somewhere else to book. This place is not worth it.

Bed was very comfortable and had good quality bed linen and towels. Good location a short walk from the main centre. The room was generally clean although there was a hair ball in the shower, and it has that ‘rustic’ feel of stone floors.

I asked for a hairdryer on friday and was told another guest was using it (They must only have one for the whole place) but I said if i could have for tomorrow morning that would be good… but it never came. Also the water dispenser in reception never worked.

Bien ubicada, muy cerca del centro, restaurantes y tiendas. Muy bonita vista desde la terraza. La habitación era espaciosa, aunque podrían mejorar algunos aspectos de mantenimiento y cuidado como la manija de la puerta y el mueble de baño
