This was a great building with a great set up. I have rented multiple rooms in this same building and they were both the same deal. Occasional power outages and wifi outages but this is to be expected all throughout Tulum as it's growing rapidly. The units were clean and comfortable with cold A/C and washer and dryer was SO nice to have in the unit. A safe building, ok pool and location is solid.

Pool could have been better as it was pretty dark without a lot of exposure to sunlight but other than that it was a very pretty pool and great for pics.

24h checking, the general condominium area (which is not owned by the renters)

Terrible communication (they did not answer to our requests), No WIFI, huge mold in the bathroom, moldy smell in the entire apartment, no hot water, brown stains on the bed.
