MXLo único que falta es un servibar en la habitación. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Sobre todo el personal de la recepción. Una señorita muy amable

Lo único mejorable es que cerraron la alberca a las 19:00 según que por orden de gerencia
Muchísimo ruido, personal de limpieza desde las 6 am tocando puertas no dejan descansar, alberca infantil deberían especificar esa parte, comida pésima y cara, jamás regresaria

La tasa del baño estaba despegada y la cama se levantaba de un baño
El hote es excepcional desde que llegas los recepcionistas son muy amables, el cuarto es muy bueno limpio con todo lo necesario, la alberca espectacular en el ultimo piso con una vista del mar y la ciudad, la ubicacion es excelente, en nuestro caso necesitamos mas toallas y nos lo proporcionaron de inmediato, es un hotel para tomar en cuenta si se viene a Mazatlan.
