Me ROBARON 5000 pesos en mi habitación y no me ofrecieron ni siquiera una disculpa, jamás atendieron mi solicitud y fui muchas veces a recepción a pedir ayuda, casualmente no había ni ama de llaves ni gerente que me atendiera cuando seguro es muy fácil hacer una búsqueda con cámaras de seguridad, y en un hotel de esa cadena, raro que durante días no hubiese personal para al menos atender mi solicitud. MUY INSEGURO.

MXthe reservation was for me, my brother, and my niece, for one person to be able to brush their teeth, you had to see the other person taking a shower, and for the size of the room for 3 occupants you had to jump each other to be able to move around the room, no place for 3 people suitcases
La insonoracion del cuarto no es adecuada, se escuchan las conversaciones
La zona de los alrededores del hotel está muy cómoda. El camellon queda como a 20 min caminando está algo lejos pero es agradable la caminata. El único detalle que pude notar es que el cuarto donde me quedé tenía bastante humedad, no puedes abrir la ventana y el olor se queda todo el tiempo . Las camas y sábanas para dormir se sienten húmedas .
