Es un buen lugar, como todo el hotel tienes sus pros y sus contras. Los puntos a favor son la limpieza de sus instalaciones, la amabilidad y atención del personal, se esmeran en resolver cualquier imprevisto, incluye un desayuno ligero pero bastante bueno, el lugar es pequeño y las cabañas son bastante confortables. Queda lejos del centro, definitivamente debes tomar un taxi para visitar cualquier lugar, los restaurantes están alejados y no cuenta con restaurante ni alberca. Es una lugar para descansar y relajarte.

Everything was great except no signs so it took us a while to find the place. Jen was the best and breakfasts were great.

Wow is all I can say about the views. What lovely staff and amazing breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They brought me a cake for my 50th birthday and were always there when you needed them. Don’t forget to get a massage on the deck on the lake by Emilio, he is a fantastic therapist and very professional. Thank you Clara and Osmar for your attention and professionalism on our vacation to make it perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed. The dock on the lake was so peaceful.

Wow is all I can say. The beauty of this place surpassed my expectations. First Osmar who was the receptionist that day helped us immensely with everything we needed for our comfort. Clara, also a very sweet and helpful lady spoke great English helped us book extra nights and answered every question we had. Please, if you want a massage on the private dock on the lake with Emilio, do it, you won’t regret it. I am a massage therapist and I knew the moment he started the massage that he was very skilled, professional and talented at his profession. The dock on the lake is like heaven on Earth and the breakfast that comes delivered to your room every morning was super delicious and healthy. Also try Taco Loco around the corner for the best tacos in town. Very serene and lovely place to stay in Bacalar. The staff was the cream on top and you could text them for anything you needed and they will bring it to you room. I miss it there already and wish we had stayed more nights. They will also call you a taxi anytime you need one to get to town.

Excelentes instalaciones, atención del personal y lugar privilegiado en la laguna de Bacalar

The room was perfectly located with a great view of the lagoon. It had a balcony where I enjoyed breakfast and coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, caring and flexible to requests. The docks next to the lagoon are magical places too.

Right at the lagoon and with a beautiful view. The staff was great! so kind and helpful even before my arrival. We loved the cabin and the cute breakfast basket. If wanting to go to the city center you (or the staff) can just call or text a taxi, it’s a 10 min drive.
