"The location is wonderful- the property is neglected."

The location was great- easy to walk around and it felt safe. Front door was always manned by guard. Excellent contact and property information from owners before we arrived.

The property is neglected. The kitchen has no trash can, the kitchen sink leaks and is loose in it's mount, the refrigerator leaks water onto the shelves, the bathroom sink doesn't drain well, no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen or dish drying rack. We emailed the owners, and they said they would attend to these issues, but they never arrived to fix these items. There is no oversight by the owners, and we suspected that several of kitchen items were stolen.

The big space and the location

It didn’t have a microwave oven. We only got 2 bottles of water for 3 days we were there.
