Muy buena ubicación, la habitación muy limpia. Personal muy amable. Por mejorar: El colchón tronaba mucho con cada movimiento y el agua de la regadera se salía. En general muy bien, si regreso.

Mi cuarto necesita una renovación,el baño tiene humedades por todos lados!!!

Great place...clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Only thing is TVs are a little confusing, especially for elder adults. They're smart TV's with Aps, easy for Netflix, Amazon, etc., but can't really watch live local TV.

Great place to stay with your family. Location is awesome!

The room in general was fine, but the bathroom was awful. Not sure why the owners won’t spend a little money, redo the tile walls and floor. It doesn’t cost a lot. They should probably refinish the wood floors in the main bedroom area too. Pictures looked a lot better than the actual condition of the room. Location was pretty good. Close to a lot of good restaurants. But no convenience, stores nearby. The host was fine and kept in good communication.

The apartment itself is nice and it is in a beautiful walkable area of Polanco with a ton of restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores however, be aware that there is no Airconditioner! We came in May and it was extremely hot in the room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Location is incredible. Security staff is friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable as they could.

No A/C was really tough during Mexico City hot season, at one point my room was over 25 degrees Celsius. I spent two weeks there and room was cleaned only once. Not really an appartment as it doesn’t have a kitchen or kitchenette. It’s just a room. Shower room leaked water onto the restroom. In all fairness the ad did mention lack of A/C and Kitchenette, but one has to scroll through pictures to realize that.

Excellent location. Great space except we thought we might have a small kitchen. Great to have the washing machine and dryer available. Comfortable bed & quiet neighborhood. Guards were helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Its central and at a very safe area at mex city with security around.

None. The drainage to the bath area was slow. But not an issue for us. We have asked management to look into it.
